(hristla=to be ecstatic; gweamva=coming [gerund]; sijun=today)

(chukhnonta=decision; dovkis=deep[ly]; berrow'tsek=meaningful)

248. He told the most wonderfully amusing story. di  zhun  dolzho  to  vatur  pliz  hintsek  ste  prankalasek.
(vatur=story; hintsek=wonderful[ly]; prankalasek=amusing)
Note: prankala is an ala-verb. Ala-verbs convey a state of being. prankala means "to be amusing" and prankalasek is a modifier derived from this verb.

249. It's already rotting.  fe  fulozhi  akhya.
(fulo=rot; akhya=already)

250. We have all been shamed by what you have done. I hope you are ashamed.
po  salorr  fwizhu  shwiptritu  ipra  fat  ka  danuzhu . bo  pidokhzhi  ka  shwiptrila  kom  pswen.
(shwiptrila=to be ashamed; shwiptritu=ashamed; danu=do [past tense])
Note that the past tense form fwi does not require an aspectual suffix, but such a suffix may be added for overt emphasis; in this case, the suffix -zhu emphasizes the fact that we have been ashamed.
