(araf=preposition meaning "in" in a limited sense, e.g., a hand in a glove, i.e., enveloped by it; also meaning "of" in the sense "characterized by"; thus, jon tankva araf frimeyya conveys "a feeling characterized by peace")

256. We were very fearful of/at (lit. from) his frightful face.  fwip  dweyursek  menk  id  dlu  kelawiz  ste  dweyurlaf.
(dweyursek=fearful, afraid; id=from; kelawiz=face; dweyurlaf=frightful, fearsome, frightening)

(lav=okay; tafur=then; sh'dol=will go)

(banye="there...not", with the tense of "to be" depending on the presence, or absence, of a time determinant; without any time determinant, banye means "there is/are not"; in this instance, with the future-tense zwe, banye conveys "there will not be"; hesh=fish; tanur=after)

tanur  zhemnra-che?  tanur  zhemnra, bo zhun  spelzhu.

isa  yelen,  sif  dakitse  pikala  menk  ige  meralisksa  bust  fa'y'lis.
(yelen=fall, autumn; pikala=to be beautiful; meralis=dawn; bust=first; fa'y'lis=light)
